Lisa has been a member of our Board and Audit Committee since April 2018. Ms. Klinger previously served as the Chief Administrative and Financial Officer for Ideal Image Development Corp., the largest US retail provider of non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Ms. Klinger has also served as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer for Peloton Interactive, Inc., as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Vince Holding Corp., and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Fresh Market, Inc. During her career, she has also held financial leadership roles at Michael\u2019s Stores and Limited Brands. Ms. Klinger also serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Party City Holdco, Inc., a vertically integrated party goods suppler and retailer.
