Lynda joined the\nBoard in August 2020. Lynda has over 20 years experience in the media industry\ngrowing and scaling businesses with a focus on data and technology. She is\ncurrently a Strategic Advisor to VidMob, Inc., a\nmarketing creative platform, and the Co-Founder of Brilliant Friends,\na seed investment group of C-suite women funding women-led businesses. Lynda\npreviously served as President of U.S. Media at Nielsen Holdings, a global\nmeasurement and data analytics company, where she worked from 2013 to 2018.\nPrior to joining Nielsen, she served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development\nand Operations of AppNexus, Inc., a programmatic advertising platform, from\nNovember 2012 to April 2013. From 2009 to 2012, Lynda served as Chief Executive\nOfficer and President of INVISION, Inc., a provider of multi-platform advertising\nsolutions. From 1999 to 2009, she held a variety of executive positions with\nAOL Inc., a media technology company, including President of Platform-A (AOL’s\nconsolidated advertising businesses) and President of Advertising.com (an AOL subsidiary).\nPrior to joining AOL, Lynda was a partner in the Washington, DC law firm Arnold\n& Porter, where she practiced law from 1987 through 1999.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lynda is a member of the Boards of Directors of CDW, Adjust GmbH, and Resonate and is the Vice-Chair of Human Rights First. She is a graduate of Princeton University, where she earned an A.B., and of Harvard Law School, where she earned a J.D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
